Et quintum, quod numquam dicit:

  1. Sufficit

The word that follows "dicit:" is "Sufficit" or in English, "Enough"

Ignis vero numquam dicit sufficit - True fire never says enough

Tria sun insaturabilia - Three exist unsatisfied

Et quantum, quod numquam dicit sufficit - And the fifth, because it never said enough

    1. I'm curious about this relating to the blog's name due to "the fifth" being a focus. The fifth is true fire I believe.
